    Paperless flash reports provide managers with critical, up-to-the minute sales/transaction data, so there is no need to wait for printed reports. In addition to flash reports, the ER-A440 offers a variety of printed reports which cover all areas of sales and transaction analysis.

    Choose from eight, twelve or sixteen character text descriptors to track departments and PLUs with as much or as little detail as you need.

    Increased Accuracy, Accountability, And Productivity
    Auto keys on the Sharp ER-A440 provide one-touch recall of a series of key sequences. Easy to program, the ER-A440's advanced functions can be automated in a matter of minutes.

    The Sharp ER-A440 can also accommodate an additional cash drawer (for a total of two) and 99 coded cashiers, so multiple employees can operate the same register without any loss of accountability. A food stamp capability provides an audit trail for food stamps tendered. Age verification allows you to monitor sales of age-restricted items for compliance with federal, state and local regulations. In addition, single line validation allows the operator to mark documents such as checks and gift certificates with time and date information - for better record keeping and security.

    Reporting
    Report Title Description
    Full Report (General) Combines information from departments and transaction media totals. This report is used as the audit report for your business.
    Group Total Summarizes the department sales totalizers by it assigned department group number
    PLU Report (Full) Provides an analysis of the details of those items rung up at the ECR that have been pre-programmed.
    PLU Report (Range) Allows the store owner to analyze PLU sales data by a specified range of PLU codes.
    PLU by Department Allows the manager/owner to report the PLU sales by it associated department number.
    PLU Zero Sales Lists PLU items which have not accumulated sales totalizers.
    PLU Price Category Allows the PLU sales totalizers to be taken based on its Unit Price in a range.
    Hourly Report Provides the store owner with the number of transactions and sales total by 1-hour increments for a 24-hour period. This becomes a useful tool in determining which times during the day your business is most successful. The hourly report can also be useful in determining when extra employees are necessary
    Department Group Report Consolidates departments into like categories to provide summary sales data analysis of your business.
    Individual Group Report Allows the store owner to select a specific group number for which to analyze associated department sales data
    Transaction Report Provides all related media accountability for the business day, which can justify collected monies for items sold.
    Full Cashier Report Provides sales and media accountability for up to (6) Cashiers who have made sales entries.
    Ind. Cashier Report Allows the store owner or manager to audit each individual's sales and media accountability one person at a time.
    Daily Net Report Provides the net sales total by calendar day for a 31-day period. Business revenues are easily tracked by each day of the month.
    Stacked Reports Prints a maximum of 15 reports in succession within a single reporting operation.
    Flash Reports Flash Reports allows the store owner or manager to view a defined total in the ECR's display for quick, up-to- the-moment analysis of that day's business.
