Terms, Conditions and Privacy Policy

• GUARANTEE:
  All Control Business Systems products are fully guaranteed to function properly and to meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer's specifications.

• CREDIT CARDS accepted:
  VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover

• SHIPPING TERMS:
  All orders are charged for UPS Ground shipping in the Continental United States. Air shipment and international orders can be placed but at an additional charge.

• RETURNS:
  Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by an authorized representative of Control Business Systems. Any product returned without proper documentation and an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Control Business Systems reserves the right to inspect and make a final inspection of all returned merchandise. If our inspection department determines that the merchandise is not defective, a restocking fee of 25% and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. A 25% restocking charge is applied to all products returned to our stock due to customer wrong ordering, inability to use the product, or non-acceptance of the shipment. RMA numbers will not be issued for custom orders of any kind. Custom orders are defined as non-stock sizes, programmed equipment, and any other products not listed in Control Business Systems price lists. RMAs returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

• CLAIMS:
  All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 10 days of receipt of product(s).

• PAYMENT COLLECTION:
  In the event Control Business Systems has to collect past due payment by collection agency or lawsuit, you will be responsible to pay for all attorney / collection fees, plus interest of 1.5% per month from due date.

• PRIVACY POLICY:
  We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Control Business System will not sell or distribute your information to other companies.
